re Ch 1 - Executive Summary 0613

re Ch 2 - Our Changing Climate 0613 esp. permafrost, also Arctic sea ice volume and paleoclimate, require reality checks.  The Assessment is deficient for being inconsistent with these realities.

re Ch 6 - Agriculture 0613 - misses out on steep declines

re Ch 27 - CO2 Removal as Mitigation 0613 - This subject is almost missing entirely.

re Missing - $ Cost of Damages 0613 - This subject is also missing, though promised in the preceeding Assessment.
